Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1/2 years' experience working with adults in supported housing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Calm, resilient, and professional approach

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• Experience maintaining professional boundaries

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car

• Living within a short driving distance of Eastbourne

• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Knowledge of INFORM

• Experience supporting vulnerable or complex needs
