Pay Rate £12.60 per hour plus 5.6 weeks AL Pro Rata

Hours: – 7 Hours per week

To support a young man with cerebral palsy and a learning disability. He lives with family. He is looking for help to access the local community, including social activities such as going to the gym, cinema and out for coffee. He can walk short distances; he has a wheelchair but is reluctant to use it. He has limited speech.

Looking for someone who could work alongside the family to build his confidence.
