Position: Qualified Social Worker – Fostering Team
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £35ph
Contract Type: Full‑Time and on‑going contract | Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home (to be discussed and agreed)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join the Fostering Team, focusing on assessment work. This role is ideal for practitioners with strong assessment and report‑writing skills who are confident working within fostering recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Form F assessments using the new 2025 Coram BAAF assessment form
• Attend team meetings (in person and/or virtual as required)
• Assist with delivery of Skills to Foster training
• Support and contribute to fostering recruitment events as required
• Work collaboratively within the fostering recruitment team to support timely and high‑quality assessments
