A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team. The role involves providing technical support across client sites, primarily working remotely but requiring local visits. The successful candidate will troubleshoot IT issues, manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and collaborate with the team in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Strong experience in a service desk role, troubleshooting skills, and a valid Driving Licence are essential.

This role will be based remotely however, the successful candidate will need to be based in the surrounding areas of Twyford enabling regular visits to our client sites in the area.
