Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO.
• Proven team lead experience in clinical functions.
• CRA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional clinical operations team for study delivery.
• Manage regional study budgets and vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
