Head of Network Design
Menzies Distribution are currently looking for an experienced Head of Network Design to join our busy Solutions Department.Reporting to the Head of Transport Optimisation this role has responsibility for supporting Menzies Distributions Solutions Limited (MDS) in designing, validating & continuously improving the Transport network & supporting the Head of Solutions + team to secure new business & renew existing customer agreements. The job holder will through validating the overall Network Design seek to evaluate new business opportunities and identify and deliver organic growth opportunities with existing customers additional business or CI projects.
The Job holder will build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation to develop new and creative solutions for network design. Key to this role is understanding and working with MDS pricing matrices and tariffs.
The Head of Network Design will lead whilst demonstrating MDS core values and behaviours at all times, whilst ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.
