In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol or Edinburgh office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

We have a unique opportunity for an individual to join theBusiness Partnering and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence as Team Coordinator.Part of the Global People team, this role is responsible for coordinating activities within the BP & ER Team, including key business projects and reporting protocols.

We are looking for an individual who can provide high‑value, proactive support across a global environment. This role is central to enabling the team to meet its strategic objectives while maintaining exceptional partnerships with stakeholders across the business.

A role you will love

This is not your typical Coordinator position. The role plays a pivotal part in the effectiveness of the People function, providing comprehensive, high‑quality support to the Head of Business Partnering & Employee Relations, the wider Business Partnering team, and key areas across the broader People Team.

It requires someone who can operate with confidence, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership, someone who doesn’t just keep things moving, but actively strengthens the team’s ability to deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to theBP and ER team, including proactive management of complex calendars, prioritising demands, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Acting as a key liaison and gatekeeper, managing communications, priorities and requests to ensure effective use of the Head of BP and ER’s time
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items
  • Supporting project implementation; creating presentations (PowerPoint/Excel), building reports and preparing materials for meetings
  • Providing strategic support; conducting research, gathering data, and supporting decision-making
  • Information Management; Establishing and maintaining efficient digital filing systems (Teams / SharePoint)
  • Ensure team compliance over regulatory matters
  • Build, develop and establish strong trusted stakeholder relationships across the globe within the PLT, Senior Leaders, EA/PAs and other Coordinators
  • Daily support and guidance to the team, ensuring smooth operations and consistent follow‑through
  • Act as a trusted Advisor, managing conflict and ensuring clear boundaries

Key skills you will bring to the role:

  • Deep understanding of the People function and wider business, enabling strong decision‑making and support
  • High technical competence, with confidence navigating systems, tools, and processes to deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs. Experience with People systems such as Oracle Fusion, My Recognition, PowerBI, and ADO is desirable and strong working knowledge of other business‑wide systems.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot
  • Ability to understand and align with the team’s key priorities and strategic objectives, ensuring support is always value‑adding
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
  • Exceptional administrative capability and a multi-tasker
  • Resourceful and solutions‑focused, able to anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and identify efficient ways of working
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and levels of seniority
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting requirements and deadlines
  • Discreet and trustworthy, handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Team facilitator, helping organise team events, celebrations, and adding a genuine energy to the team.
