We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for the delivery of allocated work, managing predominantly external client engagements alongside internal projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with client expectations.

Previous experience within the print and communications industry, or knowledge of the utilities, finance, or wealth sectors, would be advantageous.

A role you will love

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be a trusted representative of Computershare, demonstrating exceptional service delivery through effective client liaison and project management, while working closely with internal CCS teams. You will be responsible for exceeding agreed service standards, client satisfaction measures, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets across your assigned client portfolio.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects and change requests simultaneously
  • Developing a strong understanding of your clients’ business environments and objective
  • Budget ownership and financial management
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationship
  • Managing invoicing and debt processes

What will you bring to the role?

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will bring proven experience in a client facing role, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, and key stakeholders at all levels.

You will also demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to quickly learn and use multiple systems, software programmes, and application
  • A proactive approach to learning, with the willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
