A leading global legal business in Scotland is seeking a Paralegal with experience in litigated defender Motor Claims. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload for insurers, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research. Essential qualifications include previous Paralegal experience in Scotland, Scottish legal qualifications, and strong communication skills. Paralegal with experience in litigated defender Motor Claims work to join the nationally recognised insurance team, based in Scotland. The role can be based from either of our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload for insurers, with a focus on defending litigated Motor claims. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support the progression of their cases, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
This includes drafting legal documents and instructions to experts, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail in all written work. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and ensure smooth case progression.
A key part of the role will also involve conducting thorough research to support legal strategies and case development.
