A leading legal firm in Scotland is looking for a Paralegal to join their nationally recognized insurance team, focusing on managing high-value Fraud claims. You'll be responsible for drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and conducting research to support case development. The ideal candidate will have Scottish legal qualifications and previous Paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation. Why join us? DWF LLP is seeking to recruit a Paralegal with experience in litigated Fraud claims work to join the nationally recognised insurance team, based in Scotland.
The role can be based from either of our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload for insurers, with a focus on defending litigated Fraud claims. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support the progression of their cases, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
This includes drafting legal documents and instructions to experts, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail in all written work. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and ensure smooth case progression.
A key part of the role will also involve conducting thorough research to support legal strategies and case development.
