A leading global legal firm in Scotland is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor for their Catastrophic Loss team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PQE handling high value claims and be well-versed in personal injury law. Our nationally recognised Catastrophic Loss team at DWF (one of the largest in the UK) are currently recruiting for an qualified Associate Solicitor to join their team in Scotland.
The team represent a wide range of leading insurers, including many household names, specialising in complex, high value cases. These cases include Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Complex Loss, Catastrophic Loss, Motor, Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs), Employers’ Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) matters, with claim values ranging from £100,000 to £20 million.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team handling some of the most challenging and rewarding cases in the industry with opportunities for progression.
The role is hybrid and we can consider candidates that are able to attend either the Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
