Job summary

A leading real estate information provider in London is seeking an Account Manager responsible for selling subscriptions and online advertising products. You will manage client relationships ranging from small agents to large investment firms. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organisational skills, a degree or equivalent experience, and a passion for building client relationships. The role includes responsibility for the full sales cycle and attending industry events. A valid driving license is required. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow clients over the medium and long term.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective organisational skills and ability to work to metrics.
  • Comfortable with a consultative selling and account management style.
  • Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, nurture, and grow the existing client base.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to sell and train.
  • Gain understanding of clients' needs via consultative sales.
  • Complete ownership of the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations.
  • Represent CoStar Group at industry events.
