Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without time limits.
• Not enrolled in part/full time education.
• No qualification of Level 3 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ticketing system and provide helpdesk support.
• Set up and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Support installation of hardware in stores.
• Assist in delivering IT projects across the organization.
• Manage user accounts as part of the joiner, mover, and leaver process.
