Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a technical/quality role within food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of BRC Global Standard requirements.
• Strong practical knowledge of food safety and processing principles (HACCP, allergen control).
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
