• Proven senior management and leadership experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Proven people management experience i.e. managing a team through effective use of performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures as required.
• Change agent; ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering sustainable change initiatives and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Voice of Quality for the site, providing the vision for all employees to further the quality goals.
• Develop and manage the annual Quality budget.
• Ensure the site delivers on all quality targets.
• Be the site lead on all customer audits.
