Qualifications

• Proven experience in a residential addiction setting is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a small team.

• Support clients on their recovery journeys.

Skills

Experience in a residential addiction setting

Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma-informed practice

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills

Experience supervising or developing staff

Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
