Job summary

A marine sales company in Plymouth seeks a motivated Yacht Broker to act as the primary contact with clients, driving sales and providing exceptional service. The role involves sourcing new boat listings and promoting both new and brokerage boats. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, particularly in boat or vehicle sales, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Good knowledge in marine environments is beneficial. Qualifications

• Previous boat sales experience, or in real estate or vehicle sales is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of the local marine environment is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of both power and sail vessels is desirable but not essential.
