Job summary

A healthcare organization in Greater London is looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality physiotherapy within a Multi-Disciplinary Team. You will assess and provide interventions for a varied caseload, focusing on rehabilitation and long-term condition management. The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration and significant experience in community settings. This locum position offers a full-time role at £27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience at Band 6 level or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in community or intermediate care settings.
• Experience managing a complex caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based treatment programmes.
• Manage a varied community caseload including Frailty and Falls Prevention.
• Provide individual and group-based physiotherapy interventions.

Skills

HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

Strong MDT working and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously
