Development Manager (Fundraising & Engagement)

The Development Manager (Fundraising and Engagement) plays a central role in securing the College’s long‑term sustainability by leading fundraising and donor engagement activity. Working closely with the Registrar and Senior Leadership Team, the post holder develops philanthropic income, builds strong donor relationships, oversees fundraising campaigns, and provides strategic oversight of communications to support engagement and income generation.

The post holder works closely with senior leadership to support the College’s fundraising and engagement priorities, ensuring clear, effective delivery across development activity. As Cambridge Muslim College continues to grow》第 development manager will play a key role in strengthening donor relationships, improving systems, and increasing philanthropic support.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in fundraising or development, with strong written communication, excellent organisation, and confidence leading income generation and managing people.
