Who we’re looking for

Punchdrunk Enrichment is seeking a passionate and organised Development Coordinator to support the Development Manager to secure income. Working across three income streams, this role will combine relationship building, proposal writing and administration to help Punchdrunk Enrichment reach its ambitious fundraising targets.

The role will be hybrid: with three days per week at our office in Wembley (likely Tuesday/Thursday) and the rest of the time working from home. Due to the nature of the role, some evening or weekend work may be required for which TOIL will be available.

We are open to offering this role on a full-time or part-time (4 days per week, pro-rata) basis.

Responsibilities

Individual Giving

• Identify prospective individual donors for Punchdrunk Enrichment and work with the Development Manager to cultivate relationships.
• Support with stewarding new and existing donors through personalised communications, including leading on our supporter newsletter.
• Administer all monthly regular giving through Stripe, including troubleshooting failures and reconciling data.
• Maintain Gift Aid records and submit monthly claims via HMRC.>
• When applicable, support on event management and guest stewardship.

Trusts and Foundations

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-scale Trust and Foundation grants, including identifying prospects, writing funding bids, meeting deadlines and securing grants.
• Ensuring timely report development and submission, to maximise successful reapplication rates.
• Build strong and collaborative working relationships with Punchdrunk Enrichment colleagues and freelancers to support the development of funding bids.
• Support the Development Manager with stewarding Trusts and Foundations through regular communications and grant related updates.

Corporates

• Support the Development Manager with corporate fundraising through identifying prospects, submitting proposals and stewardship.

Administration

• Lead on due diligence checks for the Development Team, ensuring prospective funders are in line with Punchdrunk Enrichment’s vision, mission and values.
• Lead on our annual ‘Year in Review’ which is sent to all supporters of our work.
• Support with maintaining our CRM database Beacon, ensuring data capture and processing is in line with GDPR and other privacy laws.
• Support with financial administration for the Development Team, in collaboration with the Executive Director.
• Support with updating of key department documents, including our fundraising pipeline and income tracker.
• Support with ensuring that funding bodies, partners and individual supporters are credited in line with funding agreements and/or agreed benefits policies wherever relevant.

Other

• Take part in company-wide training and personal development.
• Participate in company activity, meetings and processes.
• Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required in the post, for the Development Team and wider charity.
