We are an established, high-performing sales business operating in a specialist, high-value market. As part of our continued growth and international expansion into the US, we are looking to appoint an Account Executive to join our London team.

This role is designed for individuals at the early stage of their sales career who are motivated to develop professionally, take ownership of their performance, and progress through a clearly defined, merit-based structure.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will support and manage the sales process, build strong client relationships, and develop the core skills required to progress into more senior sales roles.

You will work within a structured environment with clear expectations, processes, and performance metrics. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, with progression based on capability, consistency, and results.
