About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Commercial Account Executive to join our growing sales team.
You’ll be responsible for selling our solutions to estate agents across the UK—from small independent businesses to large, multi-branch enterprise groups.
This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide prospects through a structured sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage and consult with estate agents of all sizes, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions to their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, ensuring a consistent and predictable pipeline.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations, adapting your approach to audiences ranging from business owners to senior decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene to support forecasting and team visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars and client meetings where required.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets with consistency and professionalism.

- Understanding of the estate agency landscape and the ability to articulate how our products deliver value.
- High-quality, high-volume outbound activity, balancing thoughtful outreach with strategic account management.
- Strong qualification and discovery skills, ensuring time is spent with high-intent, high-fit prospects.
- Building long-term commercial relationships, as well as swiftly closing deals.
- Confident communication, adapting style for independents vs enterprise groups.
- Ability to learn quickly, adopt tools, and refine sales techniques based on feedback and performance data.
Must-Have Requirements
- Previous sales experience in either PropTech or SaaS, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Computer literate, comfortable navigating modern software tools and online sales workflows.
- Excellent conversationalist, with the ability to build rapport naturally and professionally.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM systems).
- Understanding of sales methodologies.
- Existing relationships within the estate agency industry.
