In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of commercial or residential properties within Klang Valley. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of these properties, working closely with the wider Property Management team.**What you'll be doing*** Manage and coordinate the maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the properties* Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of property management* Liaise with tenants, owners, and external contractors to address any issues or concerns* Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources* Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall tenant experience* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards* Provide regular reports and updates to the management team**What we're looking for*** Minimum 5 years of experience in a building or facilities management role, preferably in the commercial and/or residential property sector* Strong knowledge of property management principles, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders* Proficient in budget management and financial reporting* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills* Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompetitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
