A leading property management company in London is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively. Assistant Operations Manager at Urbanest
Location: London
Salary: Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Assistant Operations Manager work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7:30am - 8:30pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis. Being on-call will be required on a rota basis.
As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager/Operations Manager - depending on urbanest property to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a seamless workflow and the provision of excellent customer service to our residents (measured by NPS) and stakeholders/uni-partners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, implement operational strategies, and make a significant impact on the overall efficiency and productivity of urbanest.
