A sustainability-focused energy management company in London is seeking an Energy Performance Manager to drive energy strategies aligned with sustainability goals. You will monitor energy usage and lead audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering Degree, experience in energy management, and a commitment to environmental improvement. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Energy Performance Manager, to lead the development and execution of energy strategies that align with our sustainability and carbon-reduction goals. You’ll monitor energy usage across all our communities, using data insights to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborating with onsite, maintenance, and development teams, you’ll ensure energy efficiency is embedded in daily operations. You’ll also lead audits, ensure regulatory compliance, promote energy awareness among our residents and staff, and champion innovative technologies and sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact.

We opened urbanest Battersea in September 2024, one of the world’s most sustainable student accommodation buildings, and look forward to opening our 10th and largest community, urbanest Canary Wharf in 2026. With 1,672 beds, urbanest Canary Wharf will further enhance our sector leading status when it comes to sustainable developments.
