Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children looked after and care leavers aged 0–25.
• Undertake statutory visits, assessments, pathway planning, and reviews.
• Work closely with foster carers, residential providers, education, health, and other key professionals.
• Support young people through transitions, including into semi-independent and independent living.
• Prepare reports for court and other professional forums, ensuring quality and compliance with statutory requirements.
