Peterhouse School is seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled School Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school premises. This is a key role ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

  • Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school premises
  • Supervise the Handyperson and delegate tasks for repairs and DIY
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
  • Manage Health and Safety adherence and the security of premises
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance and the school vehicles fleet

Requirements

Experience in site management, caretaking or a similar role. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and organisational skills. Flexible approach to working hours.
