A leading retail company in Bicester is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team in stock processing and stockroom organization. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for motivating others. To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding.
