About this Role

As an Invisors PSA Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects, creatively solve complex problems, serve various industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the PSA workstream for your clients, making your contributions highly visible and valued.

Internally, you will contribute to developing our business, improving processes, and growing our team. Expect to participate in internal projects as well.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Workday PSA skills along with project and industry experience, managing client requirement meetings independently.
• Lead discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects.
• Lead a workstream, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components.
• Estimate effort and scope for your workstream.
• Direct activities of associated consultants under guidance from an architect.
• Facilitate client requirement meetings using core Workday skills and experience.
• Mentor lower-level employees.
• Assist supervisors and leadership proactively.
• Contribute to Invisors' internal goals.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• At least 2+ years of Workday PSA Financials or 2.5-5 years of relevant experience (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, etc.).
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
