Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an early years setting (ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Take ownership of observations and planning for key children.
• Mentor team members and support curriculum development.
• Maintain relationships with families and support SEND/ASL needs.
