A leading construction services company is seeking a resource planner to oversee allocations for Power T&D projects across Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills, along with an OHL background. The role entails engaging with stakeholders, managing resource movements, and ensuring project timelines are met. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with two days of work from home each week, contributing to impactful infrastructure projects across the UK.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering critical Power T&D projects across Scotland. As the key link between operational teams, subcontractors, and the wider resource function, you’ll play a pivotal part in making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to keep major OHL (Overhead Line) programmes moving.
You’ll be shaping how resources are planned, coordinated, and deployed, helping the business deliver safely, efficiently, and with confidence. This isn’t just about scheduling – it’s about building strong relationships, anticipating future needs, solving challenges before they arise, and enabling teams on the ground to perform at their best.
If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, thrive on variety, and want a role where your decisions directly impact project success, this position offers the opportunity to make a visible and meaningful difference every day.
