Early Careers Technical Assistant

As a Technical Assistant in Aon Bermuda's Launch program, you’ll join our Financial Services/Management Lines team supporting brokers and client managers. This role offers hands‑on experience in broking operations, compliance, and client servicing while building a foundation for a career in risk and insurance consulting.

What the day will look like
  • Provide technical and administrative support to brokers and account managers.
  • Manage premium receivables, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payments to carriers.
  • Maintain and update databases and internal systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in creating presentations, compiling statistics, and preparing client deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy of legal documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Communicate daily with brokers and internal teams to support client needs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • December 2026 – June 2027 college graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred)
