Purpose of the position:

To provide professional oversight and recovery of the published rosters while maintaining roster efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• To recover crew schedule, ground and line training plan after operations disruptions outside the 72‑hour window
• To plan crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules
• To cover un‑crewed positions beyond 72 hours
• To flag crew shortage issues
• To cooperate with other departments
• To follow up schedule changes
• Crew schedule validation to ensure FTL and FRM compliance

Authorities of the function:

• Modify crew rosters as necessary
• Monitor and maintain SBY levels to support the operation

Requirements:

• 1‑3 years overall work experience
• Knowledge of AIMS Crew, Jeppesen, Sabre, CAE and Ops systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of Flight Time Limitation rules is an advantage
• University or College Degree
• Fluent in English (C1 and above)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to a Safety Management System

• Able to work in shifts
