The Role

A skilled Employment Barrister is sought by this highly rated law firm to undertake advocacy on behalf of a growing client base across the private and public sector. You will conduct advocacy that involves all areas of employment related litigation and take a lead role in the internal advocacy team, developing junior members of the team.

The Candidate

You will have substantial experience practising in Employment Law with a strong track record in advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and ideally some experience of mentoring and developing junior members of the team. You will possess outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
