Qualifications

• Experience in property services, housing repairs, or maintenance coordination.
• Understanding of damp and mould, HHSRS, or willingness to learn.
• Experience working with contractors and managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of damp and mould cases in line with Awaab’s Law.
• Coordinate responsive repairs and property repairs ensuring SLAs are met.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
