A leading food business is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee engineering projects and lead a maintenance team. Located in Hereford, the ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and relevant engineering qualifications. As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to engineering across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Engineering Team Leader to join our maintenance team, based at our hatchery in Ower, near Totton. As the Engineering Team Leader you’ll be a key player in ensuring the consistent smooth running of Hatchery machinery including planning maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for improvements for future processes.

You will be working 45 hours per week on a 2-week rota. - with an On call requirement
Week 1: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 15:30
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 06:00 – 15:30
