A contract development and manufacturing organization is seeking a recent engineering graduate to join its team in Glasgow. Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND in a relevant engineering subject.
  • Demonstrable engineering design skills from academic work.
  • Competent in statistical analysis using tools like Minitab.
  • CAD and 3D modeling skills with Solidworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) methodology.
  • Knowledge of point of care diagnostics.
  • Relevant industrial placement or employment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the operations team to solve manufacturing challenges.
  • Understand processes to enable effective contribution.
  • Apply engineering knowledge on multiple projects.
  • Assist product developers with specific work packages.
  • Support project leads in process optimization.
  • Author and execute protocols and reports.
