Reservations and Meeting & Events Manager

Are you talented and experienced in managing reservations? We're looking for a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations department and ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Department: Oversee the reservations department, ensuring the efficient and effective management of all reservations.
  • Maximize Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Guide the Team: Manage a team of reservation agents, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
  • Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
  • Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on reservations and revenue for senior management.
  • Analyze Data: Identify trends and patterns in reservation data and implement strategies to address any issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a reservations management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
