Qualifications

• At least two years post-qualifying experience in Adult Mental Health required.
• Confident in assessment, report writing, and multi-agency working.
• Previous experience in a Local Authority Mental Health Social Care Team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with complex mental health needs.
• Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decision-making.
• Manage s42 safeguarding enquiries and associated protection planning.
• Work collaboratively with health, housing, and other partner agencies.
