To strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will represent Peleman in the field and build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts across different market segments.

In this role, you are responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of key accounts in the UK. These accounts include a mix of end customers and partners, all approached as strategic, long-term relationships rather than transactional sales.

The role offers a high level of variety. You work across different segments, customer types and use cases, which keeps your day-to-day work dynamic and engaging.

You combine proactive relationship building with inbound opportunities:

  • around 50% of your appointments are self-initiated, through outreach, networking and account development
  • the remaining 50% come from leads, referrals and internal collaboration

You take ownership of the full commercial journey, from first contact and needs analysis to closing, follow-up and further account growth.

If you have experience with indirect or partner-based sales, you will naturally feel at ease working with distributors as part of your key account portfolio. You position Peleman as a trusted, long-term partner for premium presentation solutions, always adapting your approach to the specific context of each customer.

You are a natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset. You feel comfortable representing a premium brand in person and adapt your communication effortlessly to different stakeholders, including senior decision makers.

You enjoy autonomy and ownership, are well organised and like being on the road. You don’t just sell products, you ask the right questions, tell compelling stories and guide customers towards solutions that genuinely add value.

You combine a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with the ability to build and grow relationships over time. Most importantly, you are genuinely motivated by helping customers make their message stand out.

Your profile
  • Proven experience in B2B field sales or face-to-face commercial roles
  • Experience with key account management and long-term customer relationships
  • Affinity with indirect or partner-based sales is a strong plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
  • Commercial and strategic insight, able to prioritise opportunities
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a region
  • Professional, confident and representative in every interaction
  • Affinity with branding, marketing, design or premium products is a strong plus
