A leading affordable housing provider in London seeks an Assistant Company Secretary to deliver governance services. This role involves supporting Boards and Committees, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance practices. The ideal candidate will possess a CGI (ICSA) qualification (or progress towards it) and have experience in regulatory environments. We’re looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to support the delivery of an efficient and effective governance service across Hyde. Working as part of the Company Secretariat team and reporting to the Group Company Secretary, you’ll help ensure our Boards and Committees are well supported and operate in line with statutory, regulatory and best practice requirements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in corporate governance within a large, complex organisation.
