A dedicated children's care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Liverpool home. This role involves supporting the Registered Manager, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality care for young people aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Candidates should hold a Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce qualification and have experience in children's residential care. The position offers competitive pay, a welcome bonus, and opportunities for growth including access to Level 5 Leadership training.
Location: Liverpool, L19
Salary: £15.90 per hour + £3,000 welcome bonus
Working Hours: 160 hours per month
Hourly Rate: £15.90
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs, 8–17 years, EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce
Experience Required: Experience within Children’s Residential Care
