• Be analytical – able to investigate and resolve asset issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle new customer damage and loss claims.
• Maintain and update existing claims, aiming to resolve.
• Negotiate and settle new & outstanding claims directly with customers and insurance companies.
• Liaise with customers and senior management in a professional manner.
• Work with workshops and external repair partners to achieve timely resolutions.
