The Role
As a Marketing Executive at OneDome, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising marketing activity across the Group. This is a hands‑on role based in our London office, working closely with senior marketers, designers, sales teams, and external partners.
It’s ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across B2C and B2B marketing, enjoys execution, and is keen to develop quickly within a high‑growth business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Channel Execution
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media (search & display), social media, website and landing pages, partnerships and referral activity.
- Assist with campaign setup, QA, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate marketing activity across multiple OneDome brands.
Content & Communications
- Write and edit marketing copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and partner materials.
- Support the creation of brochures, PDFs, and sales enablement materials.
- Brief and work with designers on creative assets.
- Ensure all messaging is compliant, accurate, and on‑brand.
CRM, Data & Performance
- Build and manage email campaigns and journeys using CRM and marketing tools.
- Segment audiences and support lead‑nurture activity.
- Track performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Help maintain clean data, links, and campaign tracking.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Work closely with sales, client engagement, brokers, and advisers.
- Support launches, events, and new product or brand initiatives.
- Keep marketing plans, trackers, and documentation up to date.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1 year’s marketing experience minimum (in‑house or agency).
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
Desirable
- Experience in financial services, property, fintech, or regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of digital or performance marketing.
- Experience working with designers or external agencies.
