The role

We are looking for a high-calibre M&A Analyst with at least 3 years’ experience and trained in Investment Banking to support our acquisitive growth strategy.

You will work closely with senior leadership, finance and operational teams on the full lifecycle of M&A – from target screening through execution and post-deal integration. This is a highly commercial, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a scaling environment and wants to move beyond advisory into a principle in-house position.

Who you are>

At least 3 year’s experience in M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance

Exceptional foundation in Investment Banking.

A strong academic background, ideally from a leading university.

Excellent financial analytical skills.

Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal mechanics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

A genuine interest in technology-enabled businesses and scaling platforms.
