Qualifications

• 6+ years as an SE Manager evolving high-output teams.
• Strong background in security industry, especially in Exposure Management.
• Experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams across UK/Ireland and South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Drive new performance modes into the team.
• Scale a high-performance team across UKI and South Africa.
• Lead platform-first strategy across SE teams.
• Serve as SE leader for UKI and South Africa markets.
