A leading maintenance services firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. The role involves reviewing specifications, engaging suppliers, and supporting project delivery as needed. Candidates should have experience in estimating for building services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services or M&E contracting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC and associated controls.
• Experience producing estimates from first principles and/or schedule of rates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop compliant tenders.
• Engage suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
