About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join Panda, Ireland's largest waste management business. We're a team committed to environmental excellence, and we're looking for reliable professionals to join our team at the Walkinstown depot (D12 RF44).

• HGV Class 2 Driver: Full-time role driving a range of Class 2 waste vehicles, including skip, RoRo, and bin lorries.

In these roles, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring safe and efficient collections and deliveries. You will contribute directly to our mission of creating a cleaner, greener future.

Key Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rate of €17.30.
• Daily Bonuses: Receive a €15 attendance bonus and a €5.00 KPI bonus per day after 6 months.
• Subsistence Allowance: An extra €17.92 per day is provided.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule

• Working Hours: This is a stable, full-time position on a Monday to Friday schedule. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
• Start Times:
  • AM shift starts at 5 am till finish.
  • PM shift starts at 2-3 pm till finish.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Effectively manage your route to complete assigned collections and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written records.
• Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• A clean and valid Category C licence.
• A current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
• You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
• Good knowledge of the local Dublin area and a strong sense of direction.
