A leading health insurance provider is searching for a dedicated Service Team Manager to oversee and develop remote mental health support teams in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring staff, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and managing service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Remote Based - UK only with quarterly travel required to Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Permanent. Full time, 37.5 hours per week
£35,000 per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
