A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Head of Strategic Change to drive transformation initiatives in alignment with their new institutional strategy. The successful candidate will lead a strategic change team, ensuring effective delivery of projects. We are now seeking an exceptional Head of Strategic Change to play a pivotal role in delivering this ambition. You will lead a growing strategic change team who are all committed to effective delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that the strategic projects are delivered and supporting them to meet the ambitious benefits that we seek to deliver to our stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, strategic and influential leader who brings deep change experience, sharp insight and the confidence to challenge established ways of working. Someone who understands what good looks like across the higher education sector, who can cut through complexity, and who is energised by the opportunity to lead the delivery arm of our new strategy.
You will operate as a trusted adviser to the executive, with the credibility and insight to challenge constructively and the pragmatism to deliver results.

Our Strategic change team is made up of experts in programme and project management, change management, PMO disciplines and business analysis, all of whom work to support BU’s strategic plan. We work with senior stakeholders to deliver the institutional change that is required.
